FOUR CHARGERS NAMED TO ALL-CACC TEAM
Orangeburg, N.Y. (5/9/16) Four members of the Dominican College baseball team were named to the All-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Second Team as was announced by Commissioner Dan Mara.

Arbely Soto, Max Franzone, Kraigen Rasalla and Corey Pic were all named to the All-CACC Second Team as was voted upon by the conference's head coaches.
Soto, a junior outfielder from the Bronx, N.Y., earns his first All-CACC accolades. He has earned one CACC Player of the Week honors this season. Soto is second on the team and ninth in the conference in batting average. He ranks first in the CACC in triples, 7th in hits and slugging percentage, 13th in RBIs and 14th in doubles. He leads the team in triples and hits and is second in doubles and RBIs.
Franzone, a junior third basemen from Nanuet, N.Y., also earns his first Second Team honors. He is second in the conference in triples and is fourth in batting average, on-base percentage, slugging percentage, runs batted in, double, hits and runs scored. He currently sits fifth in stolen bases and and home runs.
Rasalla, a relief pitcher from Scranton, Pa., is tied for third in the CACC in saves. He leads the team in saves and ERA. In 25.2 innings pitched, he has recorded 22 strikeouts, allowed 10 runs (five earned) on 21 hits.
Pic, a junior starting pitcher from Montvale, N.J., earns his second straight Second Team honors this year. He has earned one CACC Pitcher of the Week accolades this season. He is tied for second in the CACC in wins, is eighth in innings pitched and 13th in complete games. He has been named the Dominican College Top Male Scholar-Athlete in his freshman, sophomore and junior years.
