THREE BASEBALL PLAYERS EARN ALL-CACC ACCOLADES

(5/8/17) Three members of the Dominican College baseball team have earned All-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Baseball accolades as was announced by the conference office today. The voting for the league's major awards and all-conference honorees were conducted by the league's 12 head coaches in the sport.

(5/8/17) Three members of the Dominican College baseball team have earned All-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Baseball accolades as was announced by the conference office today. The voting for the league's major awards and all-conference honorees were conducted by the league's 12 head coaches in the sport.
Sophomore Justin Decker and senior Arbely Soto were named to the All-CACC First Team, while sophomore Anthony Bartolomei earned Second Team honors.
Decker, an infielder from Rotterdam, N.Y., has previously been named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District® Team and eanred one CACC Co-Player of the Week honors this season. He currently leads the CACC in hitting and ranks second in hits, fourth in on-base percentage, fifth in double and ninth in runs batted in. This is his first All-CACC accolades.
Soto, an outfielder from the Bronx, N.Y., makes his second consecutive appearance on the All-CACC Team after receiving Second Team honors in 2016. He has earned two CACC Player of the Week selections this season and ranks fourth in the conference in doubles, fifth in hits and runs scored and sixth in slugging percentage and hitting.
Bartolomei, a utility-non pitcher from Oakhurst, N.J., makes his first appearance on the All-CACC Second Team. He ranks 13th in the CACC in doubles and 15th in runs batted in. He is third on the team in hitting, second on the team in hits and runs batted in.
