Charleton, Mass. (9/8/14) The Dominican College golf team finished in fifth place with a two-day combined score of 657 at the Joe Plante Collegiate Invite hosted by Assumption College at The Heritage Country Club.

Charleton, Mass. (9/8/14)  The Dominican College golf team finished in fifth place with a two-day combined score of 657 at the Joe Plante Collegiate Invite hosted by Assumption College at The Heritage Country Club.

Junior Andres Forese (Toms River, N.J.) was the top finisher for DC as he tied for 16th place with a two-day total of 159 (81,78).

Michael Morton (Hawthorne, N.J.) finished with a combined score of 163 (83, 80) to tie for 22nd place, while  Brian McGuigan (Hawthorne, N.J.) shot rounds of 84 and 83 for a 167 total score to tie for 24th place.

Colin Costigan (Point Pleasant, N.J.) tied for 26th with rounds of 79 and 89 for a 168 total score and Michael Folignani (Midland Park, N.J.) had a 176 total score (87, 89) to take 29th place.

The Chargers will next travel to the Dowling September Shoot Out.
