WESCOTT TIES FOR SIXTH AT PENMEN FALL INVITATIONAL
Hanover, N.H. (9/19/17) Junior Hunter Wescott (Portland, Ore.) had the low round score of 66 (-3) today to finish the tournament with a two-day total of 139 (+1) and tie for sixth place as the Dominican College men's golf team took fifth place at the Penmen Fall Invitational, hosted by Southern New Hampshire University, at the Hanover Country Club.

Dominican had a combined day-two score of 280 to finish the tournament with a two-day total of 568 (+16) and take fifth place overall.
Wescott fired off the 66 round two score to produce the tournament's lowest round after shooting a 73 on day one to be the Chargers' top finisher.
Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Golfer of the Week, Carlos Armas Stenner (Durango, Mexico) finished in a tie for 12th place with a second round score of 72 to combine for a 142 (+4) total score.
Leonard Lee (Wyckoff, N.J.) tied for 18th place with a 143 (+5) total score after rounds of 71 and 72, while Daniel Parker (Ocean City, Md.) had a combined total of 144 (+6) with rounds of 74 and 70 to finsih in a tie for 25th place.
Sophomore Bryce Tickner (Victoria, British Columbia) finished in a tie for 61st place with rounds of 77 and 75.
The Chargers will host the 10th Annual Charger Challenge this coming Saturday and Sunday at the Spook Rock Golf Course.
