MEN'S GOLF TAKES SECOND PLACE AT MIKE BELLO INVITE
Syracuse, N.Y. (4/13/18) The Dominican College men's golf team finished in second place out of 15 teams that competed at the Mike Bello Invite hosted by Le Moyne College at the Bellevue Country Club yesterday and today.
Syracuse, N.Y. (4/13/18) The Dominican College men's golf team finished in second place out of 15 teams that competed at the Mike Bello Invite hosted by Le Moyne College at the Bellevue Country Club yesterday and today.
The squad finished the tournament with rounds of 305 and 305 for a 610 (+42) total score to place behind the leader Roberts Wesleyan College who finished with a 598 total score.
Junior Leonard Lee (Wyckoff, N.J.) tied for eighth place with rounds of 76 and 75 for a total 151 (+9) score.
Carlos Armas Stenner (Durango, Mexico) finished the par 71 course with rounds of 77 and 75 to combine for a 152 (+10), while Daniel Parker (Ocean City, Md.) also had a two-day score of 152 (74, 78) to tie for 10th place.
Junior Hunter Wescott (Portland, Ore.) had rounds of 78 and 77 for a two-day total of 155 (+13) to tie for 16th place.
Josh Farmer (Hollis, N.H.) tied for 34th place with rounds 78 and 81 for a total score of 159 (+17).
Members of the team will compete at the Jefferson match at The ACE Club this coming Monday.
