CHARGERS CONCLUDE FALL SEASON AT GRIFFIN INVITATIONAL

Plymouth Meeting, Pa. (10/30/19) The Dominican College men's golf team completed the fall portion of the 2019-2020 season at the Griffin Invitational held this past Monday and Tuesday at Sunnybrook Golf Course.

Plymouth Meeting, Pa. (10/30/19) The Dominican College men's golf team completed the fall portion of the 2019-2020 season at the Griffin Invitational held this past Monday and Tuesday at Sunnybrook Golf Course.

The Chargers finished the two-day tournament with a team score of 648, following rounds of 328 and 320.

Bryce Tickner (Victoria, British Columbia) was the top finisher for the team as he took 14th place overall with a 161 (82, 79) total score.

Senior Arthur Albero (Staten Island, N.Y.) tied for 15th place, along with Juan David Fajardo (Bogota, Columbia) with a two-day total of 162. Albero shot rounds of 80 and 82, while Fajardo shot an 82 and 80.

Carlos Armas Stenner (Durango, Mexico) shot rounds of 84 and 80 to finish with a 164 total score and tied for 19th place.

Rounding out the Charger scoring was Daniel Acosta Murguia (Torreon, Mexico) who tied for 21st place with scores of 86 and 81 for a 167 total score.

Dominican will return to the links in the spring to complete the 2019-2020 season.
