MEN'S GOLF FINISH IN FOURTH PLACE AT CACC CHAMPIONSHIP

Waterbury, Conn. (10/4/22) The Dominican University New York men's golf team finished in fourth place at the 2022 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Golf Championships held yesterday and today at Watertown Golf Club and hosted by Post University.

Waterbury, Conn. (10/4/22) The Dominican University New York men's golf team finished in fourth place at the 2022 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Golf Championships held yesterday and today at Watertown Golf Club and hosted by Post University.

Junior Alexander Lundvall (Stockholm, Sweden) tied for third place overall out of 35 golfers with a three round score of 224.  Lundvall had a first round score of 74, shot a 76 in round two and finished today with a 74.  For his play during the tournament, he was named to the CACC All-Tournament Team.

Alejandro Gomez Cervantes (Torreon, Mexico) tied for 11th place with a total score of 233 (79, 75, 79).

As a team, the Chargers compiled a round one score of 309, shot a 307 in round two and finished round three with a score of 311 for 927 total score and fourth place finish.
