Senior Justin Turner* (Trumbull, Conn.) led four Chargers in double figures as he came off the bench to score 22 points (7-11 from the floor, 8-11 from the free throw line).
Justin Ringen (Greenlawn, N.Y.) netted 15 points, while Nick Smith (Middletown, N.Y.) scored 14 points in the win.
Guard Khaleev Ginyard* (Brentwood, N.Y.) had 13 points (5-7 from the floor, 3-5 from the three point arc).
Joe Clinton (Pearl River, N.Y.) had a team leading six assists, while Johnathan Brown* (Central Islip, N.Y.) had a team best eight rebounds and three steals.
Chestnut Hill led 38-34 with just over four minutes left in the first half when the Chargers rallied with a 10-3 run, capped off with a trey from Ginyard to give DC a 44-41 lead at the break.
With 3:22 on the clock and Dominican holding a four point lead (77-81), the team closed out the contest with an 11-2 run to secure the 92-79 victory.
Dominican shot the best from the foul line (30-40, 75.0%). The team went 28-45 (62.2%) from the floor and were 6-10 (60.0%) from the three point arc.
DC will travel to CACC North Division foe, Concordia College, this Wednesday evening.
