DOMINICAN'S CHARLES EARNS ECAC WEEKLY ACCOLADES

Orangeburg, N.Y. (1/16/18) Dominican College men's basketball player, Sayon Charles, has earned his second weekly accolade today as he was named the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division II Player of the Week as was announced by the ECAC.

Orangeburg, N.Y. (1/16/18) Dominican College men's basketball player, Sayon Charles, has earned his second weekly accolade today as he was named the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division II Player of the Week as was announced by the ECAC.

Charles, who hails from Staten Island, N.Y., averaged 16 points and 11 rebounds in a 2-0 week for Dominican College.  The junior recorded a team best 21 points and 13 boards in a 78-71 victory over Holy Family University. The forward followed the performance up with 11 points and nine boards against the University of the Sciences in a 58-56 victory to conclude the week.

This is his first ECAC Weekly honors this season.
