CONCORDIA CLIPS CHARGERS ON SENIOR NIGHT
Orangeburg, N.Y. (2/21/18) The Dominican College men's basketball team, currently ranked seventh in the NCAA Division II East Region Rankings, fell to the visiting Clippers of Concordia College, 60-51, this evening in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) game played on Coach Baxter Court. Tonight was also Senior Night in the Hennessy Center as they team honored a very special member.

Prior to the start of the game, the team honored senior #21 Austin John Huggins (Astoria, Queens) for his hard work and dedication to the men's basketball program over his career with the Chargers.
Sophomore Daraja Rodwell (Baldwin, N.Y.) led Dominican with 16 points, seven rebounds and three steals.
Jonathan Garcia (Springfield, Mass.) added nine points and grabbed a team high eight boards in the loss. Ian Gardener (Norwalk, Conn.) scored eight points.
With the loss, Dominican falls to 19-8 overall and 13-5 in the CACC.
The Chargers end the regular season this coming Saturday as they travel to Nyack College.
