Brookville, NY (4/21/12) The Dominican College men's lacrosse team dropped an East Coast Conference (ECC) contest to host, C.W. Post University, 15-1 this afternoon. With the loss, Dominican falls to 1-9 overall and 0-6 in conference play, while the Pioneers improve to 5-5 overall and 3-5 in the ECC.

Brookville, NY (4/21/12)  The Dominican College men's lacrosse team dropped an East Coast Conference (ECC) contest to host, C.W. Post University, 15-1 this afternoon.  With the loss, Dominican falls to 1-9 overall and 0-6 in conference play, while the Pioneers improve to 5-5 overall and 3-5 in the ECC.

The lone Charger goal came in the fourth quarter as sophomore midfielder Thomas Dertinger (Nanuet, NY) netted his team leading 19th goal of the season off the assist from senior attacker Korin Pierce (Middleburg, VA), who picked up his team leading 12th assist of the year.

Junior goalie Andrew Slater (Brookfield, CT) made 18 saves in the loss.

Dominican is back in action on Thursday as they host New York Institute of Technology at the DC Lacrosse Field.
