DOMINICAN LANDS FOUR ON ALL-CACC MEN'S LACROSSE TEAMS

Orangeburg, N.Y. (5/1/19) The Dominican College men's lacrosse team had four players named to the All-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Teams as was announced by commissioner Dan Mara yesterday. Marcos Pierce and Stephen Falco were named to the All-CACC First Team, while Nicholas D'Alessandro and Kyle Souza earned Second Team honors.

Orangeburg, N.Y. (5/1/19) The Dominican College men's lacrosse team had four players named to the All-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Teams as was announced by commissioner Dan Mara yesterday. Marcos Pierce and Stephen Falco were named to the All-CACC First Team, while Nicholas D'Alessandro and Kyle Souza earned Second Team honors.

These four student-athletes help lead the Chargers to their first-ever appearance in the CACC Men's Lacrosse Tournament which is set to begin this coming Thursday.

A junior from Middleburg, Va., Pierce leads the CACC in caused turnovers and is fifth in ground balls.  Piece is second on the team in ground balls.

Sophomore Falco (East Meadow, N.Y.) is second in the conference in both face-off wins and ground balls.

D'Alessandro, a junior from Levittonw, N.Y., is second on the team and ranks sixth in the CACC in scoring.  He currently sits ninth in points and 10th in assists.

Senior Souza, who hails from Stratford, Conn., earns his second All-CACC accolades after being named to the First Team in 2018.  A key component of the Charger defense, he is fourth on the team in caused turnovers and sits 10th in the conference
