East Stroudsburg, Pa. (9/10/12) The Dominican College men's soccer team lost a tough non-conference double-overtime game to host, East Stroudsburg University, 1-0, this evening in a game played at Eller-Martin Stadium. With the loss, the Chargers now stand at 2-1-1 overall on the season.

East Stroudsburg, Pa. (9/10/12)  The Dominican College men's soccer team lost a tough non-conference double-overtime game to host, East Stroudsburg University, 1-0, this evening in a game played at Eller-Martin Stadium.  With the loss, the Chargers now stand at 2-1-1 overall on the season.

The teams played through the regulation with a 0-0 score.  ESU recorded the game-winner in the 106th minute.

Goalie Andres Ruiz (Medellin, Colombia) made five saves in the loss.

ESU controlled the offense, outshooting the Chargers 22-6 and having a 6-3 advantage in corner kicks.

The team is back in action on September 13th as they travel to Concordia College for a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) contest.
