Coach Gaylord enters his tenth season on the Charger staff.

During his collegiate career he was a four-year starter and two-year team captain for the Chargers and an All-CACC First Team selection and was the MVP during the 2003-2004 season. Gaylord was a part of the Charger soccer team that won three Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Championships and helped bring the Chargers to their first NCAA East Regional Tournament appearance.

Prior to joining Coach Hodge’s staff, Gaylord was an assistant coach for the Division I Manhattan College’s Men’s Soccer Team and has served as an Eastern New York ODP and FC Westchester youth head coach.

Coach Gaylord is a USSF C licensed coach.

Gaylord and his wife, Michelle ('07), reside in New York with their children.
