Coach McCarthy enters his second season with the Chargers.

He comes to Dominican after spending the last two years as head coach for both the men’s and women’s soccer teams at Division III Waynesburg University.  Before Sean’s time at Waynesburg he also helped turn around SUNY Old Westbury men’s team, as well as assist the men’s program at Division 1 Xavier University.  Sean started his coaching career after his playing career ended at Elizabethtown College.

McCarthy also has been active within youth soccer in Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Long Island, and is currently coaching a youth team locally, with Clarkstown FC.

Coach McCarthy holds his NSCAA National and Advanced National License with Distinction.
