MEN'S TENNIS COMPETE AT RANGER INVITATIONAL DOUBLES TOURNAMENT
Madison, N.J. (2/23/20) The Dominican College men's tennis team competed in the Ranger Invitational Doubles Tournament held yesterday and hosted by Drew University.
Madison, N.J. (2/23/20) The Dominican College men's tennis team competed in the Ranger Invitational Doubles Tournament held yesterday and hosted by Drew University.
The doubles team of Tanaka Chabata (Bulawayo, Zimbabwe) and Angel Lugo (Baldwin, N.Y. ) won their first and second matches by score of 6-1 and 6-0. In the quarterfinals they defeated a team by the host school, 7-5, but fell in the winner's bracket semi-finals 6-4. In the challenger's bracket semi-final, they also suffered a 6-4 loss.
Skylar Ross (Johannesburg, South Africa) and Julien Rauber (Mond de Marsan, France) won their first two matches by the score of 6-3 and 6-3. In the winner's bracket tournament quarter-final, they fell 6-1.
