RELAY TEAM TAKES THIRD AT FASTRACK LAST CHANCE MEET

(3/1/16) The Dominican College men's track and field team traveled over the past weekend to the Fastrack Last Chance Meet held at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex where the relay team of DeCarlo Richards (New City, N.Y.), Adrian Spaulding (New Castle, Del.), Seth Wilson (Monroe, N.Y.) and Michael Merced (Pearl River, N.Y.) had the high finish of third place.

Staten Island, N.Y. (3/1/16)  The Dominican College men's track and field team traveled over the past weekend to the Fastrack Last Chance Meet held at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex where the relay team of DeCarlo Richards (New City, N.Y.), Adrian Spaulding (New Castle, Del.), Seth Wilson (Monroe, N.Y.) and Michael Merced (Pearl River, N.Y.) had the high finish of third place.

The 4x400 meter relay team had a time of 3:28.02 to secure third place out of six teams.

Wilson also competed in the 60m dash where he had the high finish for the Chargers as he took 12th place with a time of 7.18.  He also competed in the 200m dash where he had a time of 22.57 to take 14th place.

Andrew Pierre (Spring Valley, N.Y.) finished in 15th place in the 60m dash with a time of 7.27 and took 20th place in the 200m dash with a time of 24.07.

Freshman Dylan Roadarmel (New City, N.Y.) competed in the 60m dash and had a time of 7.44 for a 22nd place finish.

In the 400m dash, Merced took 24th place with a time of 51.01, while Richards finished in 27th place with a time of 51.34.  Roadarmel finished in 38th place with a time of 58.31.

Spaulding competed in the 500m dash and took 14th place with a time of 1:09.96.  He also took part in the 60m hurdles and had a time of 9.27 for a 23rd place finish.

Richards took part in the long jump event where he finished in 17th place with a jump of 6.03m (19 feet, 9.5 inches).
