CHARGERS RUN AT ARMORY LAST CHANCE MEET

New York, N.Y. (2/23/18) Members of the Dominican College men's track team ran at the Armory Last Chance Meet held today at The Armory Track and Field Center.

New York, N.Y. (2/23/18) Members of the Dominican College men's track team ran at the Armory Last Chance Meet held today at The Armory Track and Field Center.

Senior Jovan Zigic (Burnaby, British Columbia) took second place overall in the 800m run with a time 1:56.12. Ryan McKivergan (New City, N.Y.) had a time of 2:14.92 to finish in ninth place.

Michael Merced (Pearl River, N.Y.) competed in the 400m dash where he took third place overall with a time of 50.14. Jaylen Cruz (Middletown, N.Y.) ran a time of 53.99 to finish in 19th place, while Justin Estevez (Nanuet, N.Y.) took 21st place with a time of 55.28.

In the 500m dash, sophomore Rollens Florvil (Spring Valley, N.Y.) took seventh place with a time of 1:11.80.

Junior Seth Wilson (Monroe, N.Y.) finished in 10th place in the 60m dash preliminaries with a time of 7.02. Andrew Pierre (Spring Valley, N.Y.) took 20th place overall with a time of 7.23. Dylan Roadarmel (New City, N.Y.) finished in 29th place with a time of 7.59.

Wilson took eighth place overall in the 200m dash with a time of 22.30, while Merced finished in 13th place with a time of 22.71. Pierre took 27th place with a time of 23.57 and Roadarmel finished in 40th place with a time of 25.73.
