Boston, Mass. (3/22/24) The Dominican University New York men's volleyball team fell in non-conference action to host Wentworth Institute of Technology, 3-0, this evening in a match played in Tansey Gym.
The win lifts the Leopards to 22-0 overall, while the Chargers fall to 10-9 on the season.
Wentworth won in straight sets by the scores of 25-15, 25-15, 25-19.
Freshman Jacob Davidson (Bloomington, Ind.) led the team with eighth kills.
Tommaso Falchi (Spoleto, Italy) recorded five kills, while Phinehas Wiley (Cedarburg, Wis.) finished with four kills.
Setter Luke Koster (Geneva, Ill.) had 20 assists in the loss.
Dominican returns to action tomorrow evening when they travel to Harvard University. Match time is slated for 5pm.
