MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY TAKE SIXTH PLACE AT MOUNT SAINT MARY COLLEGE CROSS COUNTRY INVITATIONAL
Milton, N.Y. (9/30/17) The Dominican College men's cross country team finished in sixth place this afternoon with a team score of 186 at the Mount Saint Mary College Cross Country Invitational held at Hudson Valley Sports Dome.

Senior Jovan Zigic (Burnaby, British Columbia) took sixth place overall in the 8k race with a time of 27:21, averaging 5:31 a mile to be the top finisher for the Chargers.
Oscar Vidal (New City, N.Y.) ran the course in a time of 28:31 (5:45 average) to finish in 13th place overall and Ryan McKivergan (New City, N.Y.) took 58th place overall with a time of 30:36 (6:10 average).
Rookie Conor Croke (Watertown, Conn.) had a time of 30:55 (6:14 avergae) for a 68th place finish, while Nicholas Beutel (Woodcliff Lake, N.J.) finished in a time of 31:28 (6:20 average) to take 77th place overall.
Sophomore Rollens Florvil (Spring Valley, N.Y.) took 101st place overall with the time of 33:02 (6:39 average) and David Jeffers (Florida, N.Y.) had a time of 34:10 (6:53 average) to finsih in 113th place.
Dominican is scheduled to compete at the Delaware Blue & Gold Invitational on October 7th.
