MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY FINISH IN 12TH PLACE AT CACC CHAMPIONSHIPS
Philadelphia, Pa. (10/28/18) The Dominican College men's cross country team finished in 12th place at the 2018 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Championships held today at Belmont Plateau and hosted by Jefferson.
Philadelphia, Pa. (10/28/18) The Dominican College men's cross country team finished in 12th place at the 2018 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Championships held today at Belmont Plateau and hosted by Jefferson.
The team finished with a score of 293 to finish in 12th place, while Wilmington University brought home the team title. Bloomfield College finished in second place followed by Jefferson, Georgian Court and Post University finished in fifth place.
Senior Darren Guzman (Teaneck, N.J.) was the top finisher for the Chargers in the 8k race as he took 21st place with a time of 28:57.7 (5:49.5 average).
Nicholas Beutel (Woodcliff Lake, N.J.) finished in 54th place with a time of 31:31.4 (6:20.5 average) and Cameron Whitton (Monroe, N.Y.) took 66th place with a time of 33:14.4 (6:41.2 average).
Junior Rollens Florvil (Spring Valley, N.Y.) ran a time of 35:55.4 (7:13.6 average) to finish in 75th place, while David Jeffers took 77th place with a time of 36:45.5 (7:23.6 average).
Lowell Pierrette (Elmsford, N.Y.) finished in 78th place with a time of 37:45.9 (7:35.8 average).
