CHARGERS CROSS COUNTRY CONCLUDE SEASON AT CACC CHAMPIONSHIPS

Philadelphia, Pa (10/27/19) The Dominican College men's cross country team concluded the season at the 2019 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Cross Country Championships held at Belmont Plateau and hosted by Chestnut Hill College this rainy morning.

Philadelphia, Pa (10/27/19) The Dominican College men's cross country team concluded the season at the 2019 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Cross Country Championships held at Belmont Plateau and hosted by Chestnut Hill College this rainy morning.

Dominican finished in 10th place out of 12 competing teams with a score of 270 in the 8k race

Junior Cameron Whitton (Monroe, N.Y.) was the top finisher for the Chargers as he finished in 41st place overall with a time of 31:32.8 (6:20.7 average mile).

Oscar Vidal (New City, N.Y.) ran the course in a time of 32:29.1 (6:32.1 average mile), while Nicholas Beutel (Woodcliff Lake, N.J.) took 58th place with a time of 33:01.4 (6:38.6 average mile).

Senior Rollens Florvil (Spring Valley, N.Y.) finished in 65th place with a time of 34:43.6 (6:59.1 average mile) and David Jeffers (Florida, N.Y.) ran a time of 35:41.2 (7:10.7 average mile).

Jaylen Cruz (Middletown, N.Y.) took 73rd place with a time of 38:52.1 (7:49.1 average mile).
