PARIDE EARNS ALL-CACC SOFTBALL ACCOLADES

Orangeburg, N.Y. (5/1/17) Dominican College softball player, Jennifer Paride, has been named to the 2017 All-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) First Team as announced today by Commissioner Dan Mara. Voting for the major awards and all-conference teams were conducted by the league's 14 head coaches in the sport.

Orangeburg, N.Y. (5/1/17) Dominican College softball player, Jennifer Paride, has been named to the 2017 All-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) First Team as announced today by Commissioner Dan Mara. Voting for the major awards and all-conference teams were conducted by the league's 14 head coaches in the sport.

Paride, a sophomore pitcher from Stonington, Conn., leads the team in saves (3), strikeouts (62) and ERA (1.20). She is tied for the team lead in wins (8) and opponents have a .199 average against her. Paride ranks second in the CACC in ERA, shutouts, saves and batting average against, while ranking tenth in strikeouts.

This her first All-CACC honors this season.
