BOUFFARD NAMED TO ALL-CACC THIRD TEAM

Orangeburg, N.Y. (2/24/17) Dominican College women's basketball player, Lisa Bouffard, has been named to the 2016-2017 All-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Third Team as was announced this morning by Commissioner Dan Mara. The voting for the all-conference honorees and major award winners was conducted by the league's 14 head coaches in the sport of women's basketball.

Orangeburg, N.Y. (2/24/17)  Dominican College women's basketball player, Lisa Bouffard, has been named to the 2016-2017 All-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Third Team as was announced this morning by Commissioner Dan Mara.  The voting for the all-conference honorees and major award winners was conducted by the league's 14 head coaches in the sport of women's basketball.

Bouffard, a senior forward who hails from Wallkill, N.Y., makes her first appearance on the All-CACC Third Team this season.  She currently leads the team in scoring (11.6 ppg),is second in rebounding (5.0 rpg) and is third in steals (36).  Bouffard ranks 24th in the conference in scoring 11.6 ppg) and 32nd in rebounding (5.0 rpg).

Earlier this season, she netted her 1,000th career point against American International College.  She has played in all 28 games this season and has recorded one double-double this season.
