BRACKET IS SET FOR 2018 CACC WOMEN'S LACROSSE CHAMPIONSHIP; TOURNAMENT BEGINS TUESDAY WITH 2 FIRST ROUND GAMES
New Haven, Conn. (April 23, 2018) The field is set for the 2018 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Women's Lacrosse Championship, which will get underway on Tuesday with a pair of first-round games featuring third-seeded Chestnut Hill College playing host to sixth-seed Dominican College, and fourth-seeded Caldwell University taking on fifth-seeded Wilmington University.

(April 23, 2018) The field is set for the 2018 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Women's Lacrosse Championship, which will get underway on Tuesday with a pair of first-round games featuring third-seeded Chestnut Hill College playing host to sixth-seed Dominican College, and fourth-seeded Caldwell University taking on fifth-seeded Wilmington University.
Tuesday's two winners will advance to the CACC semifinals, as both the semis and championship final will be staged next Saturday and Sunday at the GCU Turf Field on the Georgian Court University campus in Lakewood, N.J. GCU earned the top seed for the tournament, as the Lions finished 9-0 in league play to claim the CACC Regular Season Championship. Georgian Court will face the winner of the Caldwell-WilmU matchup. Jefferson earned the second seed for the championship and will take on the CHC-Dominican winner. Tuesday's first round games will be staged at the site of the highest seeds.
