FOX AND HEEGAN NAMED TO ALL-CACC TEAM
Orangeburg, N.Y. (4/24/18) Dominican College women's lacrosse players, Jenna Fox (Stony Point, N.Y.) and Alayna Heegan (North Babylon, N.Y.) have both earned All-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) honors as was announced today by Commissioner Dan Mara based on voting conducted by the league's 10 head coaches in the sport.

(4/24/18) Dominican College women's lacrosse players, Jenna Fox (Stony Point, N.Y.) and Alayna Heegan (North Babylon, N.Y.) have both earned All-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) honors as was announced today by Commissioner Dan Mara based on voting conducted by the league's 10 head coaches in the sport.
Fox makes her second appearance on the All-CACC First Team, while Heegan earns her first All-Conference accolades as she was named to the Second Team.
Fox, a sophomore midfielder is currently second in the CACC in points, third in goals and draw controls and fourth in assists. She leads the team in assists and points and is second in goals. She has earned two CACC Player of the Week honors this season and scored her 100th career goal on April 24th against Chestnut Hill College.
Heegan, a sophomore attacker second in the CACC in goals, fourth in free-position goals, fifth in points and 11th in assists. She leads the team in goals and is second in points and assists. Heegan set a new school records for goals in a game (10) and points in a game (13) in a win over Caldwell University on April 12th. She earned one CACC Player of the Week honors and recorded her 100th career goal on April 24th against Chestnut Hill College.
