LADY CHARGER DUO NAMED TO ALL-ECAC WOMEN'S LACROSSE TEAMS
Orangeburg, N.Y. (5/18/18) Dominican College women's lacrosse players, Jenna Fox (Stony Point, N.Y.) and Alayna Heegan (North Babylon, N.Y.), have been named to the All-Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Women's Lacrosse Teams as was announced yesterday. Fox was named to the First Team, while Heegan earned Second Team honors.

Fox was named to the First Team, while Heegan earned Second Team honors.

This is both player's first All-ECAC honors.
Fox, a sophomore midfielder, was previously named to the All-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) First Team. She was second in the CACC in points, third in goals and draw controls and fourth in assists. She led the team in assists and points and was second in goals. Fox earned two CACC Player of the Week honors this season and scored her 100th career goal on April 24th against Chestnut Hill College.
Heegan, a sophomore attacker was named to the All-CACC Second Team. She was second in the CACC in goals, fourth in free-position goals, fifth in points and 11th in assists. She led the team in goals and is second in points and assists. Heegan set a new school records for goals in a game (10) and points in a game (13) in a win over Caldwell University on April 12th. She earned one CACC Player of the Week honors and recorded her 100th career goal on April 24th against Chestnut Hill College.
Both are two of four players from the ECAC to earn All-ECAC accolades.
