Bethlehem, Pa. (4/28/18) The Dominican College women's track and field team competed at the Lehigh Games hosted today by Lehigh University.

In the 100m dash, freshman Ashley-Ann Courts (Riverhead, N.Y.) finished in eighth place with a time of 13.31. Djazmina Jean-Pierre (Spring Valley, N.Y.) took 15th place with a time of 13.52. Tayina Solon (West Haverstraw, N.Y.) finished in 29th place with a time of 15.72 and Da-Naeya Rhodes (Union, N.J.) took 30th place with a time of 16.03.

The 200m dash saw Courts take 14th place with a time of 27.14 and junior Esther Galo (Allendale, N.J.) finish in 26th place with a time of 28.41. Solon took 37th place with a time of 32.57, while Victoria Ostolozaga (Stony Point, N.Y.) finished in 38th place with a time of 33.27.

Senior Kim Koeder (Schwaebisch Hall, Germany) took 26th place in the 400m dash with a time of 1:06.92, while Ostolozaga finished in 28th place with a time of 1:12.52.

In the 800m run, Andrea Nardone (Stony Point, N.Y.) ran a time of 2:34.79 and finished in 33rd place. Ina Koeder (Schwaebisch Hall, Germany) took 36th place with a time of 2:35.53. Chelsea Crawford (Montgomery, N.Y.) finished in 48th place with a time of 2:45.38 and Jennifer Heller (Butler, N.J.) took 50th place with a time of 2:48.56.

The 4x400m relay team of I. Koeder, K. Koeder, Heller and Nardone finished in fifth place with a time of 4:38.79.

Courts also competed in the high jump where she placed 10th with a jump of 1.55m (five feet, one inch) and took 23rd place in the long jump with a jump of 4.42m (14 feet, six inches).

Adji Ndiaye (Bronx, N.Y.) competed in both the high jump and javelin throw but did not record the required height or distance.

In the shot put, sophomore Judy Auguste (Westbury, N.Y.) finished in 16th place with a throw of 9.17m (30 feet, one inch) and junior Abigail Jacquet (Garnerville, N.Y.) placed 17th with a throw of 7.93m (26 feet, 1/4 inch).

Both also competed in the discus throw where Jacquet had a throw of 29.73m (97 feet, six inches) to take 18th place and Auguste finished in 25th place with a throw of 17.55m (57 feet, seven inches.
