WOMEN'S TRACK AND FIELD COMPETE AT MONMOUTH WINTER COLLEGIATE INVITATIONAL

The 60m preliminary races saw Vanessa Greaves (Bridgetown, Barbados) take 14th place with a time of 8.46 and Armanie Abreu (Brentwood, N.Y.) take 18th place with a time of 8.60.
In the 60m qualifying heats saw Jada Hammond (Nyack, N.Y.) took 19th place with a time of 9.08 and Cyan Bullock (Spring Valley, N.Y.) took 21st place with a time of 9.21. Melissa Moise (Spring Valley, N.Y.) ran a time of 9.51 to finish in 24th place and Krystal Parris (Toronto, Canada) took 29th place with a time of 9.80.
Abreu took 23rd place in the 200m with a time of 29.82, while Bullock finished in 28th place with a time of 31.03. Hammond ran a time of 31.84 to finish in 31st place and Moise took 36th place with a time of 32.19. Parris rounded out the DC scoring with a time of 34.45 to finish in 48th place.
The shot put event had sophomore Stacy Eliezer (New City, N.Y.) finish in 40th place with a throw of 8.58m (28' 1.75") and Sabrina Hernandez (Stony Point, N.Y.) take 44th place with a throw of 8.15m (26' 9").
