Orangeburg, N.Y. (9/15/15)  The Assumption College women's volleyball team topped the Dominican College Lady Chargers, 3-0 (25-16, 25-21, 25-11) this evening in a non-conference match played on Coach Baxter Court at the Hennessy Center.

Ashley Joyner (Edgewood, Md.) and Kera Dexter (Selah, Wash.) led Dominican with seven kills a-piece, with Dexter contributing six defensive digs in the loss.

Kelly Murphy (Evergreen, Colo.) and Cortney Yeoman (Glenn Dale, Md.) each had five kills, while Murphy had eight digs.

Libero Angela Kim (Marlton, N.J.) had a team leading nine defensive digs, while setter Amanda Hallstein* (Holtsville, N.Y) had a team best 22 assists and seven digs.

Following the loss, the Lady Chargers now stand at 0-9 on the season.
