Nyack, N.Y. (10/25/16) The Nyack College women's volleyball team rallied from a 29-27 opening set loss to win the next three and defeat the visiting Lady Chargers of Dominican College, 3-1, this evening in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) match played at Bowman Gymnasium.

Dominican recorded double-digit kills in sets one (12), three (10) and four (11) and finished the match with 39 total kills.
Senior Cortney Yeoman (Glenn Dale, Md.) had a team high 13 kills and five block assists.
Alexa Williams (Los Angeles, Calif.) recorded the team's only double-double with 11 kills and 16 digs.
Libero Angela Kim (Marlton, N.J.) had a season high 23 defensive digs, while Deanna Knopf (Hauppauge, N.Y.) recorded 16 digs.
Senior Kera Dexter (Selah, Wash.) posted 28 assists and eight block assists in the loss.
Dominican (4-19, 3-11 CACC) will return to acton on Friday night when they host Post University.
