WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY FINISH 11TH AT HIGHLANDER XC CHALLENGE
Newark, N.J. (10/6/18) The Dominican College women's cross country team finished in 11th place overall among 29 teams competing at the Highlander XC Challenge, hosted by New Jersey Institute of Technoogy at Branch Brook Park.

Sophomore Andrea Nardone (Stony Point, N.Y.) was the top finisher for the Lady Chargers as she placed 25th in the 5k race with a time of 20:08.
Kaitlynn Connor (Warwick, N.Y.) took 43rd place with a time of 20:39, while Jennifer Heller (Butler, N.J.) finished in 94th place iwth a time of 22:12.
Freshman Anne McCormack (Pearl River, N.Y.) ran a time of 22:43 to finish in 105th place and Marissa Murphy (Bethpage, N.Y.) finished in 128th place with a time of 23:37.
Dominican will travel to the Cougar Chase this coming Sunday.
