Dominican leads Felician University by four shots heading into the final round, as the Chargers carded a team score of 18-over-par, 298, on Sunday. Felician turned in a strong round as well, carding a 302 for 22-over-par. Post University rounded out the top three of the team standings, as the Eagles (+24, 304) sit two shots back of Felician and six back of Dominican entering Monday. Dominican Felician and Post will be the final three schools to tee off on Monday, as the trio seeks to capture the CACC Championship.
Parker paced all 45 players on Sunday, as he birdied both the seventh and 11th holes and was two-under-par through 15 holes. However, back-to-back bogeys on 16 and 17 prevented him from posting a red number in the first round. Despite the late bogeys, it was a terrific round for Parker, as he was the only player on Sunday to shoot even par.
Sophomore Josh Farmer (Hollis, N.H.) is tied for eighth place after round one with a 75 (+5), while Bryce Tickner (Victoria, British Columbia) is tied for 10th place after a round of 76 (+6).
Hunter Wescott (Portland, Ore.) shot a 77 (+7) on day one to be tied for 14th place and Carlos Armas Stenner (Durango, Mexico) is tied for 35th place with a score of 83 (+13).
The first set of three teams to go off on Monday's final round will be Goldey-Beacom College (7th, 315, +35), Jefferson (8th, 327, +47) and University of the Sciences (9th, 331, +51).
The second group of three that will tee off on the second 18 includes Concordia College (4th, 307, +27), Wilmington (5th, 309, +29) and Chestnut Hill (6th, 313, +33). Wilmington will look to make a charge on Monday, as the Wildcats are seeking the program's ninth-consecutive CACC Championship in the sport.
Monday's final round will begin at 8:30 a.m., with the first threesome out on the course. The final tee time is slated for 10:50 a.m., as groups will tee off in 10-minute intervals.
