MEN'S GOLF IN TIE FOR FOURTH PLACE AFTER ROUND ONE OF NCAA D2 ATLANTIC/EAST SUPER REGIONAL
Greensburg, Pa. (5/9/19) The Dominican College men's golf team concluded day one play at the NCAA Division II Atlantic/East Super Regional Tournament with a team score of 304 (+16) to be in a three-way tie for fourth place in the 20 team tournament being held at the Totteridge Golf Course.

Senior Hunter Wescott (Salem, Ore.) is in a tie for 17th place with a first round score of 75 (+3). Wescott finished the round with three birdies on holes seven, 12 and 18, while finishing the back nine with an even 36 score.
Carlos Armas Stenner (Durango, Mexico) and Josh Farmer (Hollis, N.H.) both had a first round score of 76 (+4) on day one. Farmer had three birdies on holes five, nine and 12, while Stenner delivered an eagle on hole nine to finish the front nine even and had two birdies on holes four and 12. Both players are tied for 21st place.
Daniel Parker (Ocean City, Md.) is in a tie for 37th place with a round one score of 77 (+5). Parker had two birdies on the day on holes 11 and 15.
Junior Bryce Tickner (Victoria, British Columbia) finished the day with a first round score of 79 (+7). On the back nine, Tickner had a birdie on hole 12 to help him finish two shots above par over the last nine holes.
