Greensburg, Pa. (5/11/19) The Dominican College men's golf team finished in a tie for ninth place at the 2019 NCAA Division II Atlantic/East Super Regional Tournament played at Totteridge Golf Course and hosted by California University of Pa.
The team finished with a three-day total score of 925 to finish in a two-day for ninth place out of the 20 teams competing in the tournament. Over the three rounds, Dominican compiled scores of 304, 3140 and 307.
Senior Hunter Wescott (Salem, Ore.) shot for par today with a score of 72. He recorded three birdies on the day on holes five, nine and 12 to tie for 22nd place overall with a total score of 228 (75, 81, 72).
Josh Farmer (Hollis, N.H.) tied for 31st place overall after shooting a 76 (+4) in the final round to finish with a total of 230 (76,78,76). Farmer had four birdies on holes four, seven, eight and 12.
Junior Carlos Armas Stenner (Durango, Mexico) shot a 79 (+7) today to tie for 40th place overall (233-76,78,79) in the three-day tournament. He shot for par on 11 holes and had a birdie on hole eight.
Senior Daniel Parker (Ocean City, Md.) had three birdies in the final round on holes four, 16 and 17, while shooting for par on seven holes. Parker finished the day with a round of 80 (+8) and tied for 43rd place overall with a three-day score of 234 (77,77,80)
Bryce Tickner (Victoria, British Columbia) had a final round score of 81 (+9) to tie for 93rd place with an overall score of 247 (79,87,81). Tickner shot for par on nine holes and had a birdie on hole seven.
