Canterbury, N.H. (9/24/19) The Dominican College men's golf team opened the 2019-2020 season at the Penmen Fall Invitational held yesterday and today at the Canterbury Woods Country Club.
Canterbury, N.H. (9/24/19) The Dominican College men's golf team opened the 2019-2020 season at the Penmen Fall Invitational held yesterday and today at the Canterbury Woods Country Club.
The team finished in 17th place overall with a team score of 947 (318, 317, 312).
Carlos Armas Stenner (Durango, Mexico) tied for 57th place overall with an overall score of 236 (80, 80, 76) in the three round tournament.
Sophomore Juan David Fajardo (Bogota, Columbia) finished in 60th place with scores of 84, 74 and 75 for a total score of 237.
Bryce Tickner (Victoria, British Columbia) tied for 64th place with round of 81, 80 and 78 for a total score of 239. Daniel Acosta Murguia (Torreon, Mexico) finished with scores of 77, 79 and 85 for a total score of 241 to tie for 69th place.
Junior Arthur Albero (Staten Island, N.Y.) tied for 75th place overall with rounds of 81, 80 and 83 for a total score of 244.
Dominican returns to action on October 3rd when they compete at a Jefferson Tri-Match.
