ESU won the match in three sets by scores of 25-14, 25-19 and 25-11 to improve to 8-2 on the season while the Lady Chargers fall to 0-9 overall.
Sophomores Deanna Knopf (Hauppauge, N.Y.) and Gabrielle Napoleon (Springfield, Pa.) led Dominican with six kills each, while Knopf added four service aces and three digs.
Essence Boyd (Peekskill, N.Y.) tallied 15 assists and three kills, while libero Natalia Perez (Prosper, Texas) recorded 11 defensive digs.
Freshman Ramiza Lekovic (Florida, N.Y.) and Malia Robinson (Jersey City, N.J.) each added six digs in the loss.
The Lady Chargers return to Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) action on Tuesday night as they travel to Bloomfield College.
