JOHNSON NAMED TO ALL-MET FIRST TEAM

Orangeburg, N.Y. (4/21/23) Dominican University New York men's basketball player, Wahaad Johnson (Brooklyn, N.Y.), has been named to the 2023 Met Basketball Writers Association All-Met First Team as was announced yesterday.
This is his first All-Met accolades.
Guard Johnson led the Chargers in points per game and total points, while sitting second free throw percentage. He finished seventh in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) in free throws and free throw percentage, while finishing 13th in points and points per game.
Johnson is one of five players from the CACC to earn All-Met honors.
