Coach Crimi enters her second season on the women's lacrosse staff.

A four-year standout on the Adelphi University Women's Lacrosse Team, she was a three-time Northeast-10 All Conference First Team selection and a two-year team captain.  She earned Northeast-10 Conference Lacrosse Player of The Year, Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division II Player of the Year and  IWLCA First Team All-American accolades during her career, while also winning a National Championship.  Crimi broke school records for goals in a single season and tied the record for points in a career.

Academically she was named to the CoSIDA Capital One Academic All-District and All-American Teams, along with being named to the Northeast 10 Commissioner HOnor Roll and Academic All-Conference Teams.

Coach Crimi is a magna cum laude graduate of Adelphi University ('14) where she earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing.  She later earned her MBA from Southern New Hampshire University ('17).
