LADY CHARGERS FINISH FOURTH AT COUGAR CHASE
Caldwell, N.J. (10/15/17) The Dominican College women's cross country team finished fourth at the Cougar Chase held this morning and hosted by Caldwell University. The team finished with a team score of 91 to place fourth among nine teams competing.

Freshman Andrea Nardone (Stony Point, N.Y.) was the top finisher for the Lady Chargers as she took third place overall with a time of 20:47.36, averaging 6:41.5 per mile in the 5k race.
Kaitlynn Connor (Warwick, N.Y.) finished in 10th place with an average of 7:06.3 per mile to have a total time of 22:04.35, while Chelsea Crawford (Montgomery, N.Y.) ran a time of 23:48.02 (7:39.7 average) to take 22nd place.
Junior Jennifer Heller (Butler, N.J.) took 25th place overall with a time of 24:06.24 (7:45.5 average).
Christina Burgos (Staten Island, N.Y.) finished in 35th place, averaging 8:12.4 per mile, with a time of 25:29.72 and Victoria Ostolozaga (Stony Point, N.Y.) ran a time of 26:11.64 (8:25.9 averag) to finish in 41st place.
Djazmina Jean-Pierre (Spring Valley, N.Y.) had a time of 27:01.90 (8:42.1 average) to take 49th place, while Micaela Rispoli (Cliffside Park, N.J.) finished in 56th place with a time of 28:49.84 (9:16.8 average).
The Lady Chargers will compete in the 2017 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Championships taking place on October 22nd and hosted by Goldey-Beacom College at White Clay Creek State Park.
