DOMINICAN'S NARDONE EARNS ALL-CACC HONORS AS LADY CHARGERS FINISH EIGHTH AT CACC CHAMPIONSHIPS
Newark, Del. (10/22/17) Dominican College cross country runner Andrea Nardone (Stony Point, N.Y.) finished in 11th place overall to earn All-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) honors at the 2017 CACC Cross Country Championships that were held today at White Clay Creek State Park and hosted by Goldey-Beacom College. As a team, the Lady Chargers compiled a team score of 197 to finish in eighth place overall.

As a team, the Lady Chargers compiled a team score of 197 to finish in eighth place overall.
The freshman ran the 5k race in a time of 20:28.6 to be the top finisher for the Lady Chargers and earn her first All-Conference accolades.
Teammate Kaitlynn Connor (Warwick, N.Y.) finished in 23rd place overall with a time of 21:16.0.
Chelsea Crawford (Montgomery, N.Y.) ran a time of 22:32.4 to take 40th place, while junior Jennifer Heller (Butler, N.J.) finished in 53rd place with a time of 23:10.8.
Senior Christina Burgos (Staten Island, N.Y.) had a time of 24:47.3 to finish in 70th place and Victoria Ostolozaga (Stony Point, N.Y.) took 74th place with a time of 25:13.3
Micaela Rispoli (Cliffside Park, N.J.) finished in 77th place with a time of 26:56.0.
