154 STUDENT ATHLETES NAMED TO SPRING CACC ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM
Orangeburg, N.Y. (6/13/15) Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Commissioner Dan Mara announced on Monday that 154 student-athletes were named to the 2015 Spring All-Academic Team for the league’s seven spring championship sports (men’s tennis, golf, women’s lacrosse, softball, men’s track & field, women’s track & field, baseball).

ALONSO EARNS ECAC ALL-STAR HONORS
Orangeburg, N.Y. (6/9/15) Dominican College baseball player, Robert Alonso, has been named to the 2015 Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) All-Star Second Team as was announced by the ECAC this afternoon. He is the only player from the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) to be named to the All-Star team.

ALONSO AND LOPEZ EARN ABCA/RALWINGS ALL-REGION ACCOLADES
Orangeburg, N.Y. (5/18/15) Dominican College baseball players, Robert Alonso and Carlos Lopez were named to the 2015 ABCA/Rawlings NCAA Division II East All-Region Teams as was announced over the weekend. Alonso earned First Team honors, while Lopez was named to the Second Team by the American Baseball Coaches Association.

NINTH INNING RALLY ELIMINATES CHARGERS FROM CACC BASEBALL TOURNAMENT
New Castle, Del. (5/7/15) #2 Post University scored four runs in the bottom of the ninth inning to rally and defeat #4 Dominican College, 5-4 in an elimination game on day one of the 2015 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Baseball Championships. After falling, 4-1 to #1 Wilmington University earlier in the day, the Chargers end their season with an overall record of 20-25.

(5/2/15) The #4 Dominican College baseball team defeated #5 Concordia College Clippers, 16-5, this afternoon in first round action of the 2015 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Baseball Tournament played at Provident Bank Park. With the win, the Chargers advance to the double-elimination portion of the tournament slated to begin on Thursday which will be hosted by Wilmington University.

(5/1/15) The Dominican College softball team won three games on day two of the 2015 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Softball Championships to advance to the finals which will be held tomorrow afternoon. DC, the second seed, eliminated Post University, Bloomfield College and Wilmington University and will take on the top seed, Caldwell University tomorrow at Georgian Court University.
