The Chargers added four more runs in the third as Moreno delivered a bases loaded two-run double to right field and Tyler Clark (Cheshire, CT) hit an RBI sacrifice fly ball to left field to plate Blake, who had walked earlier in the inning to go up 7-0.
A Nyack run in the fourth made the score 7-1, but Dominican got the run back in the bottom stanza on a sacrifice fly ball hit by Camardella to score senior Dan Robinson (Massapequa, NY) who had reached base on a one out double to left center.
Nyack added two runs in the fifth, but DC scored their ninth run of the game on a passed ball to take a 9-3 lead.
