Charleton, Mass. (9/7/14) The Dominican College golf team shot a combined score of 327 this afternoon in round one of the Joe Plante Collegiate Invite being played at the Heritage Country Club and hosted by Assumption College.

American International College currently sits in first place with a round of 299, followed by Bentley University (301), Franklin Pierce University (306), Asumption College (316) and Dominican College (327).
Freshman Colin Costigan (Point Pleasant, N.J.) led Dominican with a first round score of 79.
Andres Forese (Toms River, N.J.) shot a round of 81, followed by Michael Morton (Hawthorne, N.J.) who scored an 83 and Brian McGuigan (Hawthorne, N.J.) who had an 84.
Senior Michael Folignani (Midland Park, N.J.) rounds out the Charger scoring with a first round score of 87.
