POST UNIVERSITY BEATS MEN'S BASKETBALL
Orangeburg, N.Y. (2/6/13) The Post University men's basketball team ended a five-game winning streak by defeating the Dominican College Chargers, 81-65, this evening in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) game played on Coach Baxter Court at the Hennessy Center.

Nick Smith (Middletown, N.Y.) scored a layup to give Dominican an 11-8 lead early in the first half, but the Eagles came back with a 9-0 run to claim a 17-11 lead with 12:44 remaining and extended their lead to 51-32 at the break.
Post never relinquished a double-digit lead in the second half en route to the 81-65 win. The Eagles shot 52.4% from the floor for the game to the Chargers 47.9%.
A.J. Burton (New Rochelle, N.Y.) came off the bench to lead Dominican with 16 points (2-2 from the three point arc and 5-6 from the floor).
Senior Cory Quimby* (Otisville, N.Y.) tallied 15 points, while Daniel Woods (Upper Marlboro, Md.) netted 10 points.
DC will tavel to Philadelphia University on Saturday in CACC action.
