LACROSSE HONORS SENIORS IN FINAL HOME GAME
Hillburn, N.Y. (4/19/15) The Dominican College men's lacrosse team honored their seniors tonight as they played in the final home game for the Chargers.

Hillburn, N.Y. (4/19/15) The Dominican College men's lacrosse team honored their seniors tonight as they played in the final home game for the Chargers.
Prior to the start of the contest, the team held a ceremony where they honored seniors: #4 Hunter Curran, #7 Maxwell Odynski and #25 Liam O'Halloran.
The Chargers lost the game to the visiting Mavericks of Mercy College, 17-4, in an East Coast Conference (ECC) game played at the Torne Valley Sports Complex.
G.Dennis Garsinii (Minneapolis, Minn.) got the Chargers on the scoreboard as he netted a goal with 12:50 remaining in the second quarter.
Attacker Evan Heegan (North Babylon, N.Y.) netted the second goal of the game for DC off the assist from Conor Reeves (Tappan, N.Y.).
Jimmy Anderson (Hewlett, N.Y.) scored his first goal of the game with 9:08 left in the game and he later followed with the last game goal with 2:46 to play for the final 17-4 loss.
Carlos Villaman (Montgomery, N.Y.) made 16 saves in 49:50 in the net, while Matthew Sandelier (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) made four saves in 10:10 of action.
With the loss, Dominican drops to 1-10 overall and 0-6 in ECC play.
