VOLLEYBALL WINS IN STRAIGHT SETS OVER NYACK COLLEGE
Nyack, N.Y. (11/5/14) The Dominican College women's volleyball team won their fourth consecutive match this evening after defeating host, Nyack College, 3-0 (25-12, 25-23, 25-15) in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) North Division clash held at Bowman Gymnasium.

With the victory, Dominican improves to 16-7 overall and 12-6 in conference play.
Sophomore outside hitter McKenzie John (Lafayette, La.) led all attackers with 18 kills and sported a .341 attack percentage for the match, while adding nine defensive digs.
Kayla Dexter* (Selah, Wash.) added nine kills, four block assists and had a team high .375 attack percentage.
Setter Kera Dexter (Selah, Wash.) had a match high 26 assists and six block assists, while Amanda Hallstein* (Holtsville, N.Y.) contributed seven assists, seven digs and two service aces.
Keely Fink (Lagrangeville, N.Y.) led the night with 17 defensive digs, while Angela Kim (Marlton, N.J.) had nine digs.
As a team, the Lady Chargers had a set one and set three attack percentage of .333 and finished the match with a .293 attack percentage.
DC will conclude the regular season on Saturday afternoon as they host Georgian Court University on Senior Day at the Hennessy Center.
