New Haven, Conn. (2/4/25)  The Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) is excited to announce it will conduct an E Sports Spring 2025 Season in three games which will get underway this week. CACC E Sports will once again conduct seasons in Rocket League and Super Smash Bros., and will conduct its inaugural season in Marvel Rivals. The announcement was made on Tuesday by CACC Commissioner Dan Mara.

"The CACC is excited to conduct a spring season for Rocket League, Super Smash Bros., and now Marvel Rivals," Commissioner Mara said. "The E Sports coaches throughout our conference have done oustanding jobs in building their programs. We look forward to building off a strong fall E Sports seasonand offer even more gaming opportunities for our student-athletes this spring."

The championship winning team in each of the three games will receive a championship trophy and champion gold medals for the individuals on the squad. Each of the three games will conduct a double round-robin regular-season schedule, followed by the semifinals and championship final. More information on each of the three games is listed below.

ROCKET LEAGUE
Competing Schools in Spring 2025: Caldwell University, Georgian Court University, Post University, Wilmington University
Spring Competition Days: Tuesdays at 8 p.m.
First Regular Season Spring Competition Date: Tuesday, Feb. 4, 8 p.m.
Final Regular Season Spring Competition Date: Tuesday, March 11, 8 p.m.
Spring Semifinals: Tuesday, March 25, 8 p.m.
Spring Championship Final: Tuesday, April 1, 8 p.m.

Noteworthy: Georgian Court will take part in its inaugural CACC E Sports season this spring and will join three other schools who competed in the game in the fall, including Fall 2024 Champion Caldwell.
