BARTUSKA NAMED CACC PITCHER OF THE WEEK

Orangeburg, NY (5/2/11) Dominican College baseball player, Dave Bartuska, has been named the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Pitcher of the Week for the week ending May 1st. Alex Latchum of Chestnut Hill College was selected as the Player of the week, while Collin Martindale of Felician College was tabbed the Rookie of the Week.

Orangeburg, NY (5/2/11)  Dominican College baseball player, Dave Bartuska, has been named the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Pitcher of the Week for the week ending May 1st.  Alex Latchum of Chestnut Hill College was selected as the Player of the week, while Collin Martindale of Felician College was tabbed the Rookie of the Week.

Bartuska, a junior right-handed pitcher from Durya, PA, Went 2-0 on the week with a 0.00 ERA.
He allowed only 10 hits and two walks, while fanning 24 in 17.0 innings of work.  Bartuska hurled a complete game against Wilmington, allowing just four hits with 11 strikeouts.

This is Bartuska's third Pitcher of the Week honors this season.
