ROBINSON NAMED TO 2011 NATIONAL COLLEGIATE BASEBALL WRITERS' ASSOCIATION ALL-EAST REGION TEAM

Orangeburg, NY (5/19/11) Dominican College baseball player, Dan Robinson, has been named to the 2011 National Collegiate Baseball Writers' Association (NCBWA) All-East Region Second Team as was announced by the NCBWA. Robinson is one of seven players from Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) institutions to earn NCBWA All-East Region accolades.

Orangeburg, NY (5/19/11)  Dominican College baseball player, Dan Robinson, has been named to the 2011 National Collegiate Baseball Writers' Association (NCBWA) All-East Region Second Team as was announced by the NCBWA.  Robinson is one of seven players from Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) institutions to earn NCBWA All-East Region accolades.

Robinson, a senior outfielder from Massapequa, NY, led the Chargers and ranked sixth in the conference this season in hitting, led the team and was third in the CACC in hits and led the team in home runs.  He recorded his 200th career hit this season in a victory in the CACC Tournament over the University of the Sciences.  He was recently named to the All-CACC First Team and was named the Dominican College Baseball Most Valuable Player (MVP).
